Where to find us

Our Chicago office is at 432 N Clark Street, Suite 203, right at the intersection of LaSalle Street and Lake Street, in the same building as Bank of America. If you’ve ever grabbed coffee near the Clark/Lake stations, you’ve probably walked right past us. We’re two blocks from the Loop, so if you work downtown, you can realistically pop over on a lunch break.

We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM for anyone who can’t get away during the week. Sunday is by appointment only. What we actually do here

This isn’t a mail-drop or a call center. Chicago applications get filed straight with the U.S. Department of State and the relevant consulate nothing gets forwarded through a third party, and your documents stay in our hands the whole time. We handle:

Here’s the honest answer, because we’d rather tell you the truth than sell you something we can’t deliver: since a 2021 federal rule change, no company in the country including us can get you a passport on the actual same day. What we can do is get you into the fastest lane the government offers. Our quickest turnaround is 4 to 7 business days, with a service fee of $399. We also offer 10 to 14 days at $299, 21 days at $249, and 4 to 6 weeks at $199. Visa processing times vary by country, so give us a call for the current numbers.

How it works, start to finish

1. Call before you come in. One quick call to (708) 360-7277 tells us your travel date, which service fits, and exactly what to bring to Suite 203.
2. We review everything at the counter. Forms, photo, ID, and the government fee instrument all get checked before anything is filed this is where most delays get caught before they happen.
3. We file it the same working day. Once your file is complete, it goes out through the fastest channel available, and we tell you when it moves.
4. You get it back by FedEx or in-person pickup. Either way, it’s tracked door to door.

If your travel date is more flexible, you’re always welcome to apply directly through the government, which typically takes 4 to 8 weeks.

Usually, yes. Short timelines are the normal case for us, not the exception. Call and we’ll tell you straight whether 4 to 7 business days works for your date.

Do I really have to come into the office, or can I just email everything?
