2x2 visa photo
Plain white background, full face, taken within the last month. Photos are taken in the Sameday Passport & Visa office if you need one.
Traveling with a minor under 18?
Bring the child's birth certificate, copies of both parents' passports or driver's licenses, and a notarized consent letter if one parent is not traveling.
Applying by mail?
Include a completed Service Order Form so Sameday Passport & Visa can reach you if anything needs clarifying before submission.

The business visa needs no invitation letter. The eVisa needs no office visit at all.
Business visa, four things to prepare
- Application, passport, and ID. Completed Vietnam visa application, your original valid passport, photo ID with matching address, and flight itinerary.
- No business letter required. Vietnam does not require a separate employer letter or invitation letter for the business visa category — the core documents above are sufficient.
- 2x2 visa photo. Plain white background, full face, taken within the last month. Available in the Sameday Passport & Visa office.
- Applying by mail? Include a completed Service Order Form with your package so Sameday Passport & Visa can contact you quickly if needed.
eVisa, four things to know
- Apply from anywhere. The Vietnam eVisa is fully electronic — no passport courier needed. Sameday Passport & Visa processes your application and emails the approved eVisa directly to you.
- Choose your validity. Available in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year — single or multiple entry.
- Select your arrival airport. Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi, Da Nang, or Khanh Hoa — pick the port of entry that matches your itinerary.
- Reviewed, confirmed, submitted. Sameday Passport & Visa verifies your details and confirms the payment before submitting. You receive the approved eVisa by email — no visit to the office required.
