Business visa
Business visa, six things to prepare.
Business letter from your U.S. company
Original on company letterhead with logo and full address — no photocopies. Addressed to the Saudi Consulate. Must include your name, job title, travel purpose, cities to be visited, travel dates, visa type requested, and requested duration.
Invitation letter from your Saudi host
Must be certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Must state the host company's location and business type, your name, nationality, position, visa length, purpose, number of entries, and the host company's registration number.
Government entity exemption
Invitations from Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Ma'aden, and SAGIA do not require Chamber of Commerce certification. Bring the invitation letter and Sameday Passport & Visa confirms the exemption applies at the counter.
Business license copy
A copy of your current U.S. business license for the company sponsoring your travel.
Flight itinerary
Include if you have a confirmed booking. It is not required if travel dates are not yet set.

Include a completed Service Order Form so Sameday Passport & Visa can reach you quickly if anything needs clarifying before submission.
Employment visa
Employment visa, six things to prepare.
The long-term category. Degree validation and police clearance are what most often delay these applications.
Original sponsorship letter
From your Saudi host company, certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Foreign Ministry. Must include your position, the date, and the block visa number.
Notarized university degree
Validated by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission. Technical diplomas must be authenticated by the U.S. Department of State. Degrees issued outside the U.S. must also carry the signature or seal of the issuing country's U.S. Consulate. Notarization at the Saudi Consulate is $8 per page.
Signed employment contract
Executed by both the Saudi sponsor and the applicant, confirming the role, start date, and terms of employment.
Medical report
A certificate of preliminary medical advice from your country of origin or current residence.
Police clearance certificate
Legalized by the consulate, issued within the last 3 months, certifying no criminal record.
Applying by mail?

Temporary work and Enjaz
Temporary work visa and Enjaz registration.
Enjaz can be registered on its own, with no office visit. The temporary work visa builds on it.
Temporary work visa, five things to prepare
- Ministry confirmation letter. Issued by the Saudi Ministry of External Affairs, showing the Temporary Work Visa Confirmation number and the date it was issued.
- Temporary work contract. A signed copy of your contract with the Saudi host company confirming your role, assignment start date, and duration.
- Registered Enjaz. Your Enjaz registration must be active before the visa application can be submitted. Bring your passport and valid ID — Sameday Passport & Visa registers it for you if needed.
- Flight itinerary. Include if you have a confirmed booking. Not required if dates are still being finalized.
- Applying by mail? Include a completed Service Order Form with your package so Sameday Passport & Visa can contact you if anything needs clarifying.
Enjaz registration, four things to prepare
- Register from anywhere. Sameday Passport & Visa completes your Enjaz registration, confirms the cost, and processes the payment on your behalf. No office visit required for Enjaz-only registration.
- Valid passport. Original, signed, with at least one blank page and valid for at least 6 months past your intended travel date.
- Valid photo ID. Driver's license or state ID with an address that matches your application.
- Enjaz registration fee. $125 per applicant, paid online at the time of registration. Call (310) 402-1619 to get started.

Fees and processing times.
Your total is the Saudi consulate fee plus the Sameday Passport & Visa service fee plus optional FedEx return. The consulate fee is paid by bank transfer plus a $25 processing fee per applicant.
A $25 processing fee applies per applicant. Neither is collected by the Sameday Passport & Visa office.
