Choose your validity
15 days ($25), 30 days ($40), or 90 days ($100) — all multiple entry. If you are trekking to Everest Base Camp or doing an extended tour, the 90-day option gives you the most flexibility.
Flight itinerary
Include a copy if you have a confirmed booking. Not required if your travel dates are still being finalized.
Traveling with a minor under 18?
Bring the child's birth certificate, copies of both parents' passports or driver's licenses, and a notarized parental consent letter if one parent is not traveling.
Applying by mail?
Include a completed Service Order Form so Sameday Passport & Visa can reach you quickly if anything needs clarifying before submission.
Business visa
Business visa, what changes.
The business letter is the one document the tourist visa does not need. The validity choice is the same.
What the business visa needs
- Business letter from your company. On company letterhead, naming a reference firm in Nepal, explaining the nature of business and expected length of stay, with a financial guarantee from your company, and stating the requested visa validity and number of entries.
- Choose your validity. 15 days ($25), 30 days ($40), or 90 days ($100) — all multiple entry. Tell Sameday Passport & Visa which validity you need when you apply.
- Flight itinerary. Include a copy if you have a confirmed booking. Not required if travel dates are still being finalized.
- Applying by mail? Include a completed Service Order Form so Sameday Passport & Visa can contact you quickly if anything needs clarifying before submission.
Where Nepal applications go wrong
- An incomplete business letter. A letter missing the reference firm in Nepal, the financial guarantee, the requested validity or the number of entries is sent back.
- The wrong validity. A 15-day visa does not cover a long trek. Pick the validity against your actual itinerary.
- An unsigned or undated application. The printed form must be signed and dated before it is submitted.
- Checked at the counter. The application, photo and letter are reviewed together before anything is filed.
