Flight itinerary
Include a copy if you have a confirmed booking. Not required if your travel dates are still being finalized.
2x2 visa photo
Plain white background, full face forward, taken within the last month. Photos are taken at the Sameday Passport & Visa office if you need one.
Traveling with a minor under 18?
Bring the child's birth certificate, copies of both parents' passports or driver's licenses, and a notarized parental consent letter if one parent is not traveling.

Include a completed Service Order Form so Sameday Passport & Visa can reach you quickly if anything needs clarifying before submission.
Business and work visas
Business and work visas, what changes.
The work visa builds on the business visa package. Call Sameday Passport & Visa to confirm which category applies to your assignment.
Business visa
- Business letter. On company letterhead with an original signature. Must include your name, position, nature of work, number of days, accommodation details, financial guarantee provider, and your Indonesia contact person.
- Bank statement. A copy of your most recent bank statement showing sufficient funds to cover your stay in Indonesia.
- Flight itinerary. Include a copy if you have a confirmed booking. Not required if dates are still being finalized.
- Applying by mail? Include a completed Service Order Form so Sameday Passport & Visa can contact you quickly if anything needs clarifying.
Work visa
- Everything in the business visa package. Including the business letter on company letterhead with an original signature, and a copy of your most recent bank statement.
- Invitation letter from your Indonesian employer. On company letterhead with the company seal or the red foreign ministry seal. An original or a scanned copy is acceptable.
- Hotel reservation. A confirmed copy of your hotel booking covering the full duration of your stay in Indonesia.
- Applying by mail? Include a completed Service Order Form so Sameday Passport & Visa can reach you if anything needs clarifying before submission.
