Flight itinerary
Include a copy of your booking if you have one. A flight itinerary is helpful but not required — you can apply before your travel dates are finalized.
Two visa photos
Plain white background, full face, taken within the last month. Do not staple to the application. Photos are taken in the Sameday Passport & Visa office if you need them.
Traveling with a minor under 18?
Bring the child's birth certificate, copies of both parents' passports or driver's licenses, and a notarized parental consent letter if one parent is not traveling.
Applying by mail?
Include a completed Service Order Form with your package so Sameday Passport & Visa can reach you quickly if anything needs clarifying before submission.

Business visa, four things to prepare.
The business letter is the piece most applications get wrong. It is reviewed before anything is submitted.
What the business visa needs
- Business letter — two copies. From your U.S. company on official letterhead, submitted in two copies. Must state the detailed purpose of your trip to Egypt and include an explicit financial guarantee from the company covering all costs.
- Flight itinerary. Include a copy of your booking if you have one. Not required if your travel dates are still being finalized.
- Two visa photos. Plain white background, full face, taken within the last month. Do not staple to the application. Available at the Sameday Passport & Visa office.
- Applying by mail? Include a completed Service Order Form so Sameday Passport & Visa can contact you quickly if anything needs clarifying before submission.
How the package is assembled
- Two copies of the data page. The biographical page with your photo, name, and passport number, copied twice.
- Two photos, loose. Never stapled to the application — the consulate rejects packages that are.
- Application prepared at the counter. Sameday Passport & Visa completes and organizes it with you.
