What the business letter must carry
The consulate reads the letter for six things. Sameday Passport & Visa checks all of them before your file is filed.
- Reference firm — the company in Rwanda your trip is tied to, named in the letter.
- Nature of business — what the trip is for, in plain terms.
- Length of stay — the number of days you are in the country.
- Financial guarantee — a statement that your company is financially responsible.
- Signature or stamp — the letterhead must carry one or the other.
- Validity and entries — the visa validity and the number of entries requested.
