Every Saudi Arabia visa needs
- Valid passport — undamaged, signed, 1 blank page, valid 6 months from departure
- Copy of valid ID — with a matching address, or a major utility bill
- Registered Enjazit — $125 per applicant. Call (708) 360-7277 if you do not have one
- 2x2 visa photo — white background, under one month old, taken in the Chicago office
How to apply
Business visa, everything you bring.
Business letter
From your US company, addressed to the Saudi Consulate, with your name, job title, purpose, places, dates, visa type and duration. Original on letterhead with logo and address, no photocopies.
Invitation letter
Certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stating the inviting company’s location and business type, your name, nationality, position, the visa length, purpose and number of entries, with the host company registration number.
Government companies
Such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Ma’aden and SAGIA do not need Chamber of Commerce certification.
Business license
A copy of your business license.
Flight itinerary
If you have one. It is okay if you do not.

Include a Service Order Form with your documents to the Chicago office.

Temporary work visa
Ministry confirmation plus your contract.
- Confirmation letter — with the number and date of the Temporary Work Visa Confirmation issued by the Ministry of External Affairs
- Temporary work contract — a copy of your contract with the host company in Saudi Arabia
- Registered Enjazit — the application, your passport and valid ID
- Flight itinerary — if you have one. It is okay if you do not
- By mail? — include a Service Order Form with your documents
Employment visa
Sponsorship, credentials, medical and police clearance.
- Original sponsorship letter — from the host company, certified by the Saudi Chamber of Commerce and Foreign Ministry, with the position, date and block visa number
- Notarized university degree — validated by the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission. Technical diplomas authenticated by the US Department of State. Foreign issued diplomas must also show the signature or seal of the issuing country’s US Consulate
- Employment contract — signed by both the sponsor and the applicant
- Medical report — a certificate of preliminary medical advice from your country of origin or residence
- Police clearance — legalized by the consulate, issued within 3 months, certifying no criminal record
- Diploma notarization — at the Saudi Consulate is $8 per page
Enjaz Now
Enjaz registration, done from home.
Enjazit registration is required for every Saudi visa. It can be handled on its own, before the rest of your file is ready.

What holds Saudi files up
Three things, all avoidable.
- Uncertified invitation — Chamber of Commerce and Foreign Ministry certification is required unless the host is a government company
- Photocopied letters — the business letter must be an original on letterhead with the company logo and address
- Missing Enjazit — no visa is issued without a registered Enjazit at $125 per applicant
- Non-US citizens — business visa pricing is quoted case by case. Call before you plan around a figure
