Business visa
- Business letter — On company letterhead with an original signature, stating your name, position, nature of work, number of days, where you are staying, who provides the financial guarantee, and your Indonesia contact.
- Bank statement — A copy of your most recent bank statement showing sufficient funds.
- Flight itinerary — Include a copy if you have one. It is okay if you do not.
- By mail? — Include a Service Order Form with your documents.

- Everything in the business visa — Including the company letter and bank statement.
- Invitation letter — On the company’s letterhead with the company seal or the red foreign ministry seal. Original or scanned.
- Copy of hotel reservation — A copy of your hotel reservation for the duration of your stay.
