When a second book earns its keep

If you are processing your passport application with Sameday Passport & Visa by mail, fill out two Letters of Authorization and send them along with the documents, plus the service order form.
Send the current passport, the signed statement and the original business letter together. A copy of the letter will not do.

Government expedite fees must be paid by cashier's check or money order, payable to “US Department of State”. Emergency replacement and limited validity replacement passports depend upon application type.
Sameday Passport & Visa also lets you pay everything by debit card, cash or check and will obtain the money order for an additional fee of $10.00.

Adding it up for a second passport
At the fastest speed a second passport is the $213.36 government fee plus the $399 service fee, with shipping on top only if you want it couriered.
- Include a prepaid return air bill and you will not be charged for shipping.
- Provide a FedEx account number and the office will generate the air bill, with a $5 fee added to your work order.
- Or collect both books in person at Suite 108.
