Bring the child's birth certificate, copies of both parents' passports or driver's licenses, and a notarized parental consent letter if one parent is not traveling.

No. A confirmed flight itinerary is helpful but not required for either the tourist or business Nepal visa. If you have a booking, include a copy — it can support your application. If your travel dates are not yet finalized, you can still proceed. We review your full package at our counter before anything is submitted.
