Original tourist support and voucher
An original confirmation and voucher from a licensed Belarus travel agency. Photocopies are not accepted — the consulate requires the original document.
Travel insurance letter
Must show the insurer's name, address, and phone number, your name, policy number, coverage and validity dates, and confirm coverage of at least $13,000 with a $0 deductible.
Former USSR or Belarus citizens
If you were previously a citizen of Belarus or the Soviet Union, bring official documents proving the loss or renunciation of that citizenship.
Traveling with a minor under 18?
Bring the child's birth certificate, copies of both parents' passports or driver's licenses, and a notarized parental consent letter if one parent is not traveling.

What the business visa needs
- Invitation letter from your Belarus host. From a registered Belarusian legal entity on official company letterhead. Must include the company's registration number, date of issue, an official signature, and a corporate seal.
- Travel insurance letter. Must show the insurer's name, address, and phone, your name, policy number, coverage and validity dates. At least $13,000 coverage with a $0 deductible.
- Former USSR or Belarus citizens. If you were previously a citizen of Belarus or the Soviet Union, bring official documents proving the loss or renunciation of that citizenship.
