The order of operations
Two stops, in this order.
Doing them out of order is the most common reason a first application stalls, so Sameday Passport & Visa walks Dallas clients through it before anything is paid.
1. Suite 500 first
Come to Sameday Passport & Visa at 811 S Central Expy with your citizenship document and ID. Your DS-11 is checked line by line, your photos are taken, and you leave knowing exactly what the acceptance agent will ask for.
Skipping this step is what sends people back for a second facility visit.
2. The acceptance facility, then back
An appearance in person at a Passport Acceptance Facility is a mandatory step of your passport order. You are sworn in, you pay the government and execution fees, and your documents are sealed into a package.
That sealed package must not be opened. Bring it back to Suite 500 and Sameday Passport & Visa files it at the speed you chose.

If you are processing your passport application with Sameday Passport & Visa by mail, fill out two Letters of Authorization and send them along with the documents, plus the service order form.
The in-person appearance still applies, so a mailed first application starts only once the sealed package reaches the Dallas office.

Because the application is filed in person, the $35.00 execution fee applies on top of the government fee. Return shipping is optional.

Government expedite fees must be paid by cashier's check or money order, payable to “US Department of State”. Emergency replacement and limited validity replacement passports depend upon application type.
Sameday Passport & Visa also lets you pay everything by debit card, cash or check and will obtain the money order for an additional fee of $10.00.

Adding it up for a first passport
At the fastest speed a first passport is the $213.36 government fee, the $35.00 execution fee paid at the acceptance facility, and the $399 service fee, with shipping on top only if you want it couriered.
- Include a prepaid return air bill and you will not be charged for shipping.
- Provide a FedEx account number and the office will generate the air bill, with a $5 fee added to your work order.
- Or collect the new passport in person at Suite 500.
Government fees + Sameday Passport & Visa expedite fees + return FedEx shipping fees = total fees.
