Include a confirmed booking if you have one. A flight itinerary is helpful but not required — you can apply before your travel dates are finalized.

Plain white background, full face forward, taken within the last month. Photos are taken in the Sameday Passport & Visa office if you need one.
Traveling with a minor under 18?
Bring the child's birth certificate, copies of both parents' passports or driver's licenses, and a notarized parental consent letter if one parent is not traveling.
Applying by mail?
Include a completed Service Order Form with your package so Sameday Passport & Visa can reach you quickly if anything needs clarifying before submission.

What the business visa needs
- Same documents as tourist. Azerbaijan uses one document set for both tourist and business visa applications. No separate business letter or invitation letter is required.
