· Three (3) Passport type photograph

· World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccinations against Yellow Fever.

· A notarized Invitation from GUINEA

· A Personal statement required– addressed to Consulate General of Guinea , reason for travel to Guinea.

· Copy of Travel itinerary.

· Service Order Form

Consular Fee: $100.00/visa (Regular Processing)

$200.00/visa (24 Hour Processing)

BUSINESS

· Valid and signed U. S. Passport.

· One (1) Visa Application Form.

· Three (3) Passport type photograph

· World Health Certificate required showing valid vaccinations against Yellow Fever.

· A Business Letter from U.S. Company address to "Consulate of Guinea, explaining the purpose of the trip, guaranteeing financial support for you while in Guinea.

· Copy of Travel itinerary.

· Service Order Form
