REQUIREMENTS TO EXPEDITE NEW OR FIRST TIME U.S. PASSPORTS

You will be considered a first time or new passport applicant if:  

• If you are applying for a first time U.S. passport.
• Your previous passport is expired and it was issued over 15 years ago.
• Your passport was issued when you under 16 years.

INSTRUCTIONS:  

• Complete  DS-11 passport application form, fill it online. But do not sign...
• Two passport photos. 2" x 2" white background. (Photo service is available at our office.)
• Original/certified US birth certificate or an expired US passport or Original naturalization certificate.
• Proof of Identity (A Valid Driving License, Government Issue Photo I.D).

Before you send us your application with the sealed package through FedEx UPS/DHL or any other mail service provider, you must contact Sameday Passport service at (512)-905-2001 to confirm your rush or emergency passport space. Our services are guaranteed.
