New or Renewal of British Passport
REQUIREMENTS TO EXPEDITE NEW PASSPORT
APPLICATION OR PASSPORT RENEWAL
Your Passport will be valid for ten years. Upon expiration, you will have to obtain a new passport. If you would like for us to hand-carry your passport to the Embassy of United Kingdom in Washington DC, please send us the following:
- Passport Application Form
- Application form C1 for age 16 and over
- Application form C2 for Children Under Age 16
- Application form for lost Passport, form C1 for adult passport
- form C2 for children passport and LS01 ( lost passport report )
- Two recent color Passport photo (2" x 2"), front view, teeth can not be shown in photograph, no smiling.
Note : The person who counter signed the application must countersign one photograph. A notary public or a relative or a housewife is not acceptable as a counter-signatory.
- Letter of Authorization print 3 copies ( use Blue Ink only )
- Complete Sameday Passports service order form
- Proof of UK Citizenship. Old Passport (for passport renewal) OR Original Birth UK Certificate
- Copy of US permanent resident card, US visa, or US passport
- If applicable, original marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court order to reflect name change
- Letter of Consent - Applicants aged between 16 and 18 must have written parental consent for the issue of a new passport.
United Kingdom Embassy’s Fee:
- Form C1: $244.00 per person (32 page passport)
- Form C1: $288.00 per person (48 page passport)
- Form C2: $167.00 per person
